• Membership fee and server fee are non-refundable. The fee you paid cannot be refunded if you have used our services such as logging in, connecting, downloading and opening our application.
• If you do force refund through payment channel, it means you don't comply with our terms of service, you may lose access to our services and your money may not be refunded.
• If you still make a refund, we will reject it with evidence from the data we collect when you use our application.
• We reserve the right to refuse your payment, if there is a problem with your payment, we will ask you to correct your payment.
